World Music report called  ANHINGA  "a vivid slice of life that traverses the musical topography of the Americas."

The album was named to BEST DC JAZZ ALBUMS of 2016 (#3) by CapitolBop, and features
vocals and trumpet by Go-Go legend Tillery, who spent 18 years with Chuck Brown & the Soul Searchers.
